Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Set up and deliver room service food and beverage orders
- Remove remaining food and beverage orders and amenities from guest rooms and hallways
- Ensure all mise en place is stocked and ready at all times
- Review daily reports, arrivals, VIP鈥檚 and groups in house
- Provide crisp, efficient food and beverage service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with requisitioning and stocking of items
- Provide engaging service within Fairmont and Hotel Standards
- Cash handling
- Speaks passionately and informatively about the hotel offerings and the city
- Tailor service to the guests needs
- Assist with Refreshment Center stocking and billing
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- Other duties as assigned
