Starting Rate: $19.87 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.68.
Job Duties Include:
Support daily staff cafeteria operations by setting up service areas, restocking stations, and ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted buffet flow
Prepare and assist with cooking, seasoning, and presenting food items in accordance with recipes, quality standards, and Chef direction
Maintain food safety and quality by following FIFO procedures, accurate labeling, allergen awareness, and temperature logging
Deliver friendly, professional service while keeping dining areas stocked, organized, and welcoming
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work areas, equipment, dishes, and service items
Follow all Fairmont standards, culinary procedures, and complete additional duties as required
