The Demi Chef de Partie supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by preparing high-quality food across all service periods, maintaining kitchen standards and contributing to a positive, productive team environment. This role works closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Your day to day will include:
- Prepare and present food for all service periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions, and buffet, following kitchen recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workspace, manage stock rotation, minimise waste, and ensure equipment is well maintained.
- Organise and manage an assigned section efficiently, supporting apprentices and junior team members, and assisting the Chef on duty as required.
- Monitor daily food and product needs, liaise with supervisors for guidance on orders, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
