Actively lead the Corporate MICE segment鈥檚 sales, financial and administrative activities being coordinated with all group required arrangements
Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
High level of interest to manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the city
Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
Negotiates prices with the clients
Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel鈥檚 computer/data processing system
