- Create a warm and personalised experience that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed
- Deliver prompt and professional service, anticipating guest needs and responding with confidence and care
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience in line with Sofitel standards
- Coordinate guest services to deliver a consistently high level of service throughout the day
- Accurately record and maintain guest information and preferences to support a personalised guest experience
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and a seamless end-to-end guest journey
