Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
Ensures stocks at the outlet are replenished and checked accordingly
Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Senior Bartender.
Liaise with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager for any items that should be charged to the guests.
