Develop and maintain customer base in all assigned markets.
- Achieve or Exceed personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance.
- Attend Sales Meetings, office events, hotel-sponsored functions, and industry functions
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service
- Identify and execute key action steps each quarter that will achieve booking goals
- Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Revenue Management to meet and exceed budgeted group room rates
- Actively target new business within the territory assigned
- Able to think strategically and maximize our group potential to include use of meeting space for meetings and events. Arrival and departure patterns that fit with the hotel business needs
- Fully qualify each Group business opportunity to understand the full potential of the booking and account
- Coordinate with conventions services on groups involving rooms and banquet revenue
- Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Provides excellent customer sales service in order to grow share of the account.
- Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
