What youâll do...
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop & execute sales plans and targets for all segments: corporate, leisure, groups, events.
Build and lead the sales team to deliver high results, setting KPIs, coaching, and performance management.
Identify, negotiate, and secure key business accounts, local & international.
Represent Portaluna at trade shows, sales missions, networking events.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
Define brand identity & positioning in line with Morgans Originalsâ DNA â original, cultureâinfused, social, imaginative.
Oversee preâopening campaign strategy across digital, social media, PR, print, and onâproperty channels.
Forge partnerships with media, influencers, and local culture stakeholders to build anticipation.
Monitor marketing ROI; adjust tactics based on performance & market feedback.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, demographic & psychographic segmentation.
Define pricing strategy, packages, and positioning relative to comparable lifestyle, boutique, and luxury offerings.
CrossâFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with revenue management, operations, design & guest experience, PR, and cultural programming teams to ensure commercial alignment.
Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints: guest journey, visual identity, digital presence.
Reporting & Governance
Provide regular reports to ownership and corporate leadership on sales, marketing performance, market trends, and projections.
Ensure all legal, brand, compliance, and ESG (environmental, social, governance) requirements are met.
