- Remain relentlessly guest-focused, ensuring the team maintains precise order execution and the sophisticated pace expected of a Gordon Ramsay establishment.
- Lead guest recovery efforts by handling complaints with professional poise, providing immediate solutions, and briefing the Restaurant Manager on actions taken.
- Conduct high-energy pre-shift briefings to align the team on daily specials, guest preferences, and upcoming business volumes.
- Maintain an uncompromising standard of cleanliness and organization across all guest-facing and back-of-house service areas.
- Drive daily profitability by leading the team in up-selling initiatives and menu engineering strategies to maximize the average guest spend.
- Maintain absolute accountability for all guest payments, cash handling, and end-of-shift financial reconciliations.
- Monitor and maintain operational stock levels, initiating orders for equipment and consumables to ensure zero service interruptions.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all menus (breakfast, evening, and bar) to provide confident, detailed recommendations to guests.
