Your ability to anticipate the guests' needs and make informed suggestions will ensure they have a truly memorable stay.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require including onsite and offsite activities
- Promote and sell the services and concessions within the Hotel as well as services offered by suppliers
- Assist guest with dining reservations and handling group and special occasions dining needs
- Provide personalized and specialized service to VIP guests of the Hotel through pre-arrival emails, communication and follow up throughout stay and post-departure
- Act as a liaison and resource for other departments and employees of the Hotel
- Constantly be aware of daily functions and promotions in the hotel
- Remain in regular contact with guests in house to ensure a seamless, personalized, enjoyable, and comfortable stay
- Surprise and delight at every opportunity and work with other departments to expedite requests
- Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions
- Other duties as assigned
