Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and a passionate concierge wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. You will enjoy looking after our guests and working as part of a fun, talented & passionate team that is all about creating memorable experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Shift Supervision across the concierge desk area
• Facilitating with guest arrivals, departures and during their stay
• Share local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up sell hotel facilities
• Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Liaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted
