As the Restaurant Manager for Fi'lia restaurant at Roswyn, A Morgans Originals hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all breakfast operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee daily breakfast restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, considering local tastes and trends
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
