Cost Controller
As a Heartist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the hotel鈥檚 financial performance by ensuring accurate cost control, stock integrity, and compliance with Accor financial standards. This role combines analytical rigor with close operational interaction, supporting informed decision-making across all departments.
What you will be doing:
Monitor and control all food, beverage, and operating costs in line with budget and forecast
Ensure accurate stock control, inventory procedures, and variance analysis
Review purchase prices, supplier contracts, and consumption trends
Prepare regular cost reports and analysis for Finance Management and Operations
Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Operational teams to drive cost efficiency
Ensure full compliance with Accor finance policies, audit requirements, and internal controls
Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to cost and inventory
