- Welcome guests, check鈥慽n and check鈥憃ut using Opera PMS
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently
- Assist with group arrivals and departures
- Operate phones, process payments and balance transactions
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services
- Support luggage handling, wake鈥憉p calls and guest assistance
- Work collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams
