Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Director of Marketing to lead all marketing, communications, and public relations activities for the resort. This role is responsible for strengthening brand visibility, driving revenue across Rooms, F&B, and Events and positioning the property as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in the market.
The Director of Marketing will develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy, including budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. You will oversee all PR and media relations, acting as the primary contact for journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders, while proactively generating positive coverage and managing press inquiries with confidence and discretion.
Digitally, you will safeguard and enhance the hotel’s online presence and reputation, ensuring brand consistency across social platforms and review channels. You will work closely with internal teams and corporate stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that support commercial objectives and elevate the guest experience.
Collaboration is key. You will work closely with senior leaders and Heads of Department to ensure strong communication flow and marketing support for Rooms, Food & Beverage and Banqueting. The role also requires upholding Rixos brand standards, promoting a positive team culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
