We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage professional to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across our dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and event spaces. - Assist in managing daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Support the Food & Beverage team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance
- Help monitor financial performance by tracking revenue, controlling costs, and managing inventory to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to implement menu changes, promotions, and special offerings that align with guest preferences and market trends
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practices across all outlets
- Assist in coordinating with Sales & Marketing and Events teams to execute flawless dining experiences for special events and conferences
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
