meet 馃ぉ. No need to worry, they鈥檙e in good hands with you.
You are in charge of welcoming our guests and monitoring their stay at all times of the day.
Like Mama, you provide all the elements of a personalized and warm welcome 馃ぉ: preparation of
arrivals, check in & check out for individual customers and groups, taking last minute reservations,
switchboard, processing of customer requests ...
In order to ensure quality customer follow-up, you communicate all information back to your direct
management team (complaints, comments or customer feedback ...).
You manage and are responsible for your cash bank; you also verify all existing accounts.
You edit, process, and follow up on customer invoices.
Involved in the marketing of Mama services, you like to promote our shop (sale and merchandising of
products), restaurant and our events.
Using your best writing, you let out your inner creativity 馃懆馃帹 by writing on the mirrors of each floor and /
or elevator with useful information and nearby activities for our guests to enjoy.
The customer experience must be perfect and you guarantee it.
