Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Director of Marketing & Communication to lead the hotel鈥檚 marketing strategy and performance.
This role plays a critical leadership function, ensuring marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, brand positioning and long-term commercial success, while aligning with Pullman and Accor brand standards.
The hotel also incorporates multiple food and beverage outlets 鈥揺ach requiring a clear, differentiated brand positioning and tailored marketing approach.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and commercial targets
- Identify and leverage opportunities across Conferences & Events, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Corporate segments
- Drive brand leadership through integrated marketing and strategic storytelling
- Establish and maintain distinct brand positioning strategies for the outlest
- Analyse performance metrics and market insights to optimise ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Champion innovation, sustainability and creativity across marketing initiatives
- Campaign, Brand & Digital Performance
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, PR and print
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets in line with Accor and Pullman guidelines
- Oversee digital performance across websites, SEO, SEM, CRM, paid media and social platforms
- Collaborate with Accor corporate teams to maximise digital and SEO opportunities
- Ensure online content is current, engaging and conversion-focused
- Leadership, Partnerships & Reporting
- Foster strong collaboration with Accor regional and global marketing teams
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency and brand integrity
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships and collaborations
- Represent the hotel at key industry, tourism and trade events
- Manage the marketing budget and deliver regular performance and SEO reporting

Pre-Opening & Launch Leadership experience
- Lead all marketing activities during the pre-opening phase of certain outlets, from concept development through opening and stabilization.
- Develop and execute pre-opening marketing timelines, budgets, and launch strategies.
- Oversee the creation of all pre-opening marketing assets including branding materials, website content, photography, videography, social media, and PR collateral.
- Plan and execute soft opening, grand opening, media previews, influencer stays, and launch events.
- Build early market awareness and demand through strategic partnerships, media relations, and digital campaigns.
