The Fairmont Gold Server is a key ambassador of the Fairmont Gold experience, responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service and creating memorable, personalized moments for guests in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, this role focuses on high-touch guest engagement that builds loyalty and drives repeat visits, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand鈥檚 standards of luxury, attentiveness, and sophistication.
Guest Engagement & Loyalty
- Welcome guests with warmth and authenticity, and a personable presence, anticipating needs and preferences
- Build strong guest connections, creating personalized experiences that encourage return visits
- Deliver refined food and beverage service while sharing knowledgeable recommendations on the Food & Beverage selections
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, wine selections, and Fairmont Gold offerings
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations
Operational Excellence
- Maintain the Fairmont Gold Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Monitor buffet and beverage stations, ensuring timely replenishment and elegant presentation
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables efficiently while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational duties to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Collaborate closely with the Fairmont Gold team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures
