Primary Responsibilities:
Business Performance:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Collaborate with Finance team on budget preparation and financial forecasts.
Sales & Marketing:
- Direct all sales activities for group, transient, and catering/banquet segments to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective strategies and adapt to changing business environments.
- Oversee advertising, public relations, and promotional activities in coordination with corporate departments.
- Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings.
Team Management:
- Recruit, develop, and manage the sales and marketing team, including performance evaluations and ongoing coaching.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and ensure team members maintain high standards of professionalism.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay informed of hotel safety procedures and attend required trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
