About the Role
Aliee is looking for a skilled and passionate Argentinian Cuisine Chef (Asado Specialist) to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on authentic Argentinian grilling traditions, with particular emphasis on asado techniques, and is ideal for chefs who are committed to culinary excellence and teamwork in a high-standard operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute traditional Argentinian dishes with a strong focus on asado and open-fire grilling techniques
- Handle various cuts of meat, ensuring proper preparation, seasoning, cooking temperatures, and timing to achieve authentic flavors
- Operate and maintain grills, parrillas, and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Support daily food preparation, mise en place, and service in coordination with the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes in line with established standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness across the work area
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members when required
- Contribute ideas for menu development, specials, and continuous improvement of Argentinian offerings
- Follow company recipes, standards, and operational procedures at all times
