Your Role in the Story
As a Spa Therapist at LUURA, you are a key contributor to the guest wellness journey, delivering exceptional spa treatments that reflect LUURA鈥檚 standards of care, professionalism, and tranquility. Your role is to create a relaxing, safe, and personalized experience for every guest, supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical skill, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the spa and hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of spa treatments (massage, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies) in accordance with LUURA standards and protocols.
- Conduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health considerations before treatments.
- Ensure treatment rooms are immaculately clean, prepared, and set up before and after each service.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in compliance with LUURA policies and health regulations.
- Use spa products, equipment, and tools correctly and safely, following SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide a calm, discreet, and welcoming presence to enhance the guest experience.
- Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and guest-focused manner.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and report any guest feedback or concerns to the Spa Manager.
- Ensure linen, supplies, and products are stocked, organized, and replenished as required.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
- Respect guest privacy, confidentiality, and personal boundaries at all times.
- Cooperate with Spa Reception, Housekeeping, and Hotel Operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Follow lost & found procedures for any guest items encountered.
- Maintain a professional appearance, grooming standards, and positive attitude at all times.
- Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Host the guest as per SOPs and direction of the SPA Manager.
