Job Description
Support sales plans, promotions and team incentives
Work with marketing to keep all golf promotions up to date
Understand departmental budgets and revenue targets
Report on all golf鈥憆elated revenues
Take a commercial approach to daily operations to help drive income
Look for ways to improve service and introduce new ideas
Ensure all Golf Services follow SOPs and brand standards
Help maintain and improve guest satisfaction scores
Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest journey
Support colleagues and promote a positive team culture
Train and guide junior team members
Contribute to team development and succession planning
Monitor business levels to ensure smooth daily operations
Work closely with other departments to maximise performance
Maintain cleanliness in all front and back鈥憃f鈥慼ouse golf areas
Attend weekly Resort Operations Meetings when possible
