Responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Housekeeping operations by ensuring that all sectors of Housekeeping service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel's strategic plan and standards.
Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues.
Ensures that brand standards and procedures are duly respected, implemented and updated.
Ensures the high quality of any services provided by a third-party (linen hire, cleaning, florists etc)
Handle all guest correspondences and ensure prompt follow-ups
Justifies Department's Expenses through P&L on monthly basis.
Ensures Department's Budget are met depending on the Hotel's Occupancy / Actual Revenue.
Department's Budget Creation / Proposal.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
