As a Cluster Concierge at LUURA, you are the face of our hospitality, delivering personalized, thoughtful, and seamless experiences across all LUURA properties. You anticipate guest needs, create meaningful connections, and provide expert local knowledge, ensuring that every moment of a guest鈥檚 stay feels effortless and exceptional. Your role is crucial in bringing LUURA鈥檚 philosophy of elegant, design-led, and lifestyle-focused hospitality to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, genuine, and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests promptly, efficiently, and creatively.
- Offer expert local knowledge, including recommendations for dining, leisure, cultural experiences, and off-the-beaten-path activities.
- Arrange transportation, reservations, tours, and special experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Support in-room guest services and special requests, collaborating closely with Front Office, F&B, and other departments.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of LUURA properties, facilities, services, and events to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest preferences, special occasions, and VIP profiles for personalized service.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect LUURA鈥檚 standards of service, attention to detail, and luxury lifestyle ethos.
- Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to create unique and exclusive guest experiences.
- Support pre-arrival planning and post-departure follow-ups to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
