We are hiring for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and luxury service standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces at Faena The Red Sea. This role plays a key part in delivering world-class guest experiences by leading team performance, conducting quality inspections, and supporting Forbes-level service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Supervise and support Housekeeping Supervisors and line staff to ensure timely and consistent task completion.
- Conduct quality inspections to uphold Faena brand standards and Forbes 5-Star service expectations.
- Support training initiatives and onboarding programs to elevate service, efficiency, and team capability.
- Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, and supplies, ensuring par levels and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and labor efficiency while supporting cost control.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health and safety standards, and property-wide sanitation policies.
- Support lost & found processes, deep-cleaning projects, and VIP room preparations.
- Handle guest requests and service recovery with professionalism, discretion, and care.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
