We are looking for an experienced Banquets Assistant Manager . Under the guidance of the Director of Banqueting, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function โ and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.
- Provide warm, sincere and engaging service.
- Ensures smooth and efficient functioning of the Banquet Department on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the timely, precise and expert execution of all banquets functions
- Creative, cost-effective scheduling of the banquet Leadership Team, Captains, Banquet Servers, Coordinator.
- Proactively analyzes, develops, and revamps internal processes to create new ways of providing unique and innovative services ideas and incentives.
- Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensures departmental adherence to, and awareness of Health & Safety standards
- Ensure the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit through active on the floor communication, training and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Ensure service is within the standards .
- Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and front desk, to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high staff morale and team spirit within the department.
- Performs any and all other tasks as assigned.
