From the moment our guests arrive, your care and attention ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cleaning and refresh allocated guest rooms, service areas and corridors to the highest standard.
- Carry out regular and special cleaning tasks with pride, care, and precision.
- Safeguard the security of hotel areas, equipment, and keys while always upholding health & safety standards.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies to brand standards, tailored to each room type.
- Safeguard privacy and belongings at all times, delivering service that is discreet and exceptional.
- Take initiative to add thoughtful details that elevate the guest experience.
- Take ownership of our public spaces, keeping lobbies, restaurant, club lounge and conference areas beautifully presented.
- Maintain back-of-house areas and facilities to the same impeccable standards, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and colleagues.
This role is Part Time (Minimum 8 hours per week) - Must hold full NZ working rights.
