The Raffles Ambassador is responsible for creating a warm, elegant, and memorable first and last impression for all guests visiting Raffles Doha. This role supports guests throughout their arrival and departure journey, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and refined experience that reflects the heritage and values of the Raffles brand. As a key brand representative, the Raffles Ambassador demonstrates a guest-centric approach, a pleasant and approachable demeanor, and a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure
- Assist in managing guest flow at hotel entrances, lobby, and public areas to ensure a smooth and refined experience
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance in line with Raffles service philosophy
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Services, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and minor concerns efficiently, escalating matters when necessary
- Maintain an immaculate lobby presence, upholding brand standards at all times
- Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and high-profile guests with discretion and attention to detail
- Actively participate in pre-opening preparations, training, simulations, and service culture building
- Uphold all hotel policies, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures
