Make onsite and field presentations to prospective clients, attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes
Develop international accounts/segment action plans for short and long term to grow your deployed accounts list
Explore key source markets, especially International and Global accounts in RFP, with accurate sales plans, including market visits and virtual calls
Grow the hotel's share from international/Regional/Global managed accounts, especially MICE and groups, with action plans based on the yearly calendar of events
Maintain strong connections and knowledge of dealing with International/Regional/Global managed accounts
Develop and implement innovative catering packages and promotions to attract new clients and increase sales
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique menu options that cater to diverse client needs and preferences
Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve overall team performance and achieve sales targets
Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management
