Guest Experience
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Ensure guests feel valued, comfortable, and well-attended throughout their visit
Escort guests to their tables and present menus according to service standards
Reservations & Seating Management
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant booking system
Optimize table allocation in coordination with the service and management teams
Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
Communication & Coordination
Maintain constant communication with the floor team to ensure smooth operations
Accurately communicate waiting times and manage guest expectations
Escalate guest feedback or concerns to management when required
Brand Representation
Uphold RIKAS grooming, uniform, and appearance standards at all times
Represent the brand values through professional behavior and positive attitude
Ensure the host desk and entrance area remain organized and presentable
