•Grow Corporate & MICE revenue through proactive prospecting, account development, and strategic partnerships.
•Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop new segments (industrial estates, aviation/logistics, education, agencies, and MICE planners).
•Lead the full sales cycle: RFP handling, negotiation, contracting, and conversion to confirmed business.
•Work closely with Revenue, Events, and Marketing to optimize rate strategy, production, and pipeline performance.
