⢠Responsible to oversee and manage the hotel training program.
⢠Conduct training needs analysis annually and budget.
⢠Deliver SOFITEL brand, leadership, soft skills, hotel standards training to the employees.
⢠Report on the training delivery and learning program implemented.
⢠Establish relationship with local & international schools/NGOs.
⢠Manage the performance appraisal process of the employees in line with the Leadership Capability Framework.
