The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in managing all Food & Beverage operations at M枚venpick Resort Aswan, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational efficiency, and full adherence to Accor and M枚venpick brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
Ensure exceptional service quality in line with M枚venpick and Accor standards.
Support in supervising, training, and developing the F&B team to maintain high performance and engagement.
Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
Assist in controlling food, beverage, and labor costs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety regulations (HACCP).
Participate in menu planning, promotions, themed events, and special functions.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, Accor guidelines, and local labor laws.
Act on behalf of the Food & Beverage Manager during their absence when required
