Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service
Complete Daily Operations ( i.e. opening and closing duties, daily cleaning, dining room preparation, moving and arranging tables and chairs, reservation bookings, confirmations and cancellations, coordinating FOH and BOH with regards to services, guests, allergies, VIPs, etc.)
Seat the guests and introducing restaurant’s concept.
Assisting guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way
Taking reservations with all required details in a welcoming and friendly manner
Boosting our revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives
Understand shift end reports in the outlet and POS system
Coordinate and control flow of outlets, seating plans and special events
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
Carrying out administrative duties, including printing menus and managing
stationary requisitions
Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
Follow brand policies, procedures and service standards
Follow hotel time and attendance policy
Follow grooming and attire guidelines
Other duties as assigned
