Oversee the calculation and payment of bonuses, incentives, overtime, and other compensation-related items.
Support audits by providing payroll documentation and reconciliations when required.

Stay up to date with changes in payroll regulations and recommend process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency.
Ensures the accurate preparation and timely submission of the Withholding Tax Return (Muhtasar Declaration) in accordance with legal requirements.
