Job Description

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards are consistently met.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to build a positive, high-performing team culture.
Support training and onboarding of new Heartists, fostering confidence and capability on the floor.
Assist with rostering, stock control, and cost management to support the financial performance of the department.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work closely with the wider hotel leadership team to support operational goals and initiatives.
