As a member of our operational team, you will play a significant role in delivering unparalleled service to our valuable guests, contributing to the epitome of luxury hospitality.
What you will be doing:
- Supervise and delegate duties to a small team of food and beverage attendants
- Prepare a range of beverages including coffee and cocktails
- Liaise with the kitchen to collect food orders
- Assist with the outlet opening and closing duties
- Perform cash handling and the processing of payments
- Maintain the visual appeal of the outlet, ensuring it is clean and tidy and ambassadors are well presented
- Ensure the highest standard of food and beverage quality and visual appeal is maintained
- Exceed guest expectations, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Promote a strong Heartist and luxury culture within the team
- Lead and mentor a team that is focused on providing unforgettable guest experiences.
