Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Steward is a key role within our culinary team, working closely together to ensure our kitchens are organised and clean, ready to deliver to our guests.
In this role you will -
Rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away
Wash pots by hand
Ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment
Use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items
Wipe down benches
Sweep and mop floors
