What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and alignment with overall brand strategy
- Manage social media platforms & influencer partnerships, creating engaging content and fostering community growth
- Optimize website, SEO, and paid digital campaigns to boost direct bookings and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative teams on branding, PR, and visual assets to maintain brand integrity and cohesion
- Support events, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives, measuring their impact and ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and initiatives
- Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze customer data and behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies and personalized campaigns
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary support materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership
