- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions precisely to ensure consistent quality
- Prepare and present dishes according to established standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support senior chefs in menu development and special projects
- Continuously learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs
