Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all audio and visual aspects for events, ensuring timely setup, operation, and dismantling of equipment.
Manage and maintain AV equipment inventory, ensuring all devices are in good working condition and properly stored.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during events to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate closely with event planners, clients, and other departments to understand AV requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Lead, train, and schedule AV technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
Oversee installation and configuration of sound systems, projectors, lighting, video conferencing tools, and other related equipment.
Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies during all AV operations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
Prepare technical documentation, event reports, and maintenance logs.
