What you will be doing
- Deliver attentive and professional service that reflects our five star standard
- Assist with setup, breakdown and presentation of event and conference spaces
- Serve food and beverages to guests with care, efficiency and attention to detail
- Support the catering and bar teams to ensure events run smoothly
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to requests and enhancing the overall event experience
- Work as part of a team to coordinate logistics, timing and flow of service
- Ensure all event areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Be empowered to go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests with thoughtful gestures and personalised service
