Reporting to the Director of Engineering support operations across the hotel, including building maintenance, plant systems, infrastructure, and compliance with safety standards.
Oversee a skilled team delivering high-quality support for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and event spaces, while coordinating with contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate preventative maintenance, sustainability efforts, and capital projects, contributing to budgeting, procurement, and continuous improvements in energy efficiency and service delivery.
