Role Summary
Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive revenue and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing communications plan aligned with the hotel's commercial, branding and revenue objectives.
- Maintain and protect the hotel's brand identity, ensuring all communications comply with brand guidelines, advertising regulations and legal requirements.
- Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns for rooms, food & beverage outlets, spa, events and seasonal promotions.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including website content management, SEO, social media platforms, email marketing and online advertising in coordination with agencies.
- Manage the hotel's online presence and reputation, including review platforms and guest feedback in collaboration with Operations and PR.
- Develop content and oversee production of marketing collateral, advertisements and in house materials across digital and print channels.
- Handle public relations activities including press releases, media relations, influencer partnerships and coordination of media visits and familiarization trips.
- Coordinate photography, videography and creative assets, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and prepare performance and ROI reports.
- Prepare, manage and control the marketing communications budget.
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B and Operations Team to ensure integrated and timely execution of campaigns.
