What You Will Be Doing:
As Administrative Assistant, Housekeeping, you play a key role in supporting our Colleagues through exceptional organization and clear communication. Your contributions help create thoughtfully prepared residences that welcome our guests/owners and make them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, your essential responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily operations by organizing work assignments, assisting Colleagues, and providing professional, friendly service.
- Training and guiding Housekeeping Colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Managing housekeeping supplies, equipment, inventories, and enforcing company key鈥慶ontrol policies.
- Communicating maintenance needs and coordinating repairs, furnishings, and equipment relocation.
- Conducting residence inspections and ensuring physical facilities meet company standards, addressing and reporting any inconsistencies.
- Completing reports, documenting Owner/Member preferences, assisting with housekeeping service requests, and performing special projects as assigned.
