Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, the position is responsible for the following:
Providing leadership and direction to the Sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Assisting in the development of sales strategies and overseeing the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments.
Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Ensuring revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability.
Supporting the enhancement of the Resort鈥檚 market positioning and overall performance.
