Drive the voice, visibility, and digital performance of three iconic airport hotels as our Marketing & Communications Manager. This role leads bold, creative, and data-driven marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, grow revenue, and connect guests with unforgettable experiences across Novotel, Mercure, and Ibis Darwin Airport.
What you will be doing
Lead and execute the annual Sales & Marketing Plan, delivering measurable campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and traditional media to maximise hotel performance.
Manage the hotels’ digital presence including websites, Accor channels, third-party platforms, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media, eDMs, and content strategy to drive direct revenue.
Develop and deliver marketing initiatives for Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Meetings & Events, including promotional calendars, creative collateral, campaigns, and partnerships.
Track performance and ROI through monthly reporting, budget management, supplier coordination, and stakeholder presentations, ensuring brand compliance and financial accountability.
