- Ensure high standards of services provided for guests and the attainment of Rooms and Food & Beverage qualitative and quantitative targets
- Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
- Manages and motivates the F&B/Reception teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B and Front Office services
- Improve the departments result by increasing sales and productivity of F&B and Front Office point of sale
- Guarantees the respect of procedures governing cash operations, administration and audits in line with the brands internal audit guidelines
- Is in contact with other departments and ensures that information circulates smoothly between them
- Analysis guest’s comments and shares them with the team
