As Director of Food & Beverage, you will be the composer of Faena Wadi Safar鈥檚 culinary rhythm鈥攚here flavor, ritual, and atmosphere come together to create moments of connection and celebration.
You will lead all dining and beverage experiences, from signature restaurants and intimate lounges to gatherings, residencies, and late-night expressions. Working in close partnership with culinary leadership, you will shape spaces where hospitality feels expressive, sensorial, and deeply rooted in place.
